This is probably best for someone in an apartment who wants to grow a vine type plant or vegetable in a pot on the balcony. The rings are 3D printed, and then you just need to snip apart some coat hangers to the height you want each ‘level’ to be, insert the ends into the holes in the rings. The coat hangers on the very bottom go directly into the soil. The holes are 2.1 mm in diameter, which worked well for the hangers I get from my dry cleaner.
