In my experience cable grommets are expensive, hard to find, and never quite the right size, shape, or color for my needs. That means they’re a nearly perfect use-case for 3D printing, because you can print the exact number, size, and color that you need on demand.Each grommet and cap is a few meters of filament, and prints in around 30 minutes a piece for me. Any rigid filament should work well—PLA, PETG, and ABS are all fine. I do recommend printing with 3 perimeters and 100% infill (it’s an easy no-support print).I’m in the US, so I use a ¾” paddle bit to make a hole for the 15mm grommet and a 1-½” bit for the 30mm size.
