I need a solution to keep MtG cards in 800 count long boxes neatly stacked/packed at one end when the box is not full.Unfortunately, you need to print these flat on their “back” so that the thin flange does not snap along the layer lines (Don’t ask me how I know). This limits the number you can print on a single build plate. I can get four on my Mk4. I used PLA (Sovol blue/orange in the pic) the majority I have been printing in Prusament PLA. No supportsThey are pretty thin, but seem to be working well for me. I’ve included the fusion file if you want to re-mix and beef them up or change the dimensions. Good Luck!
