Print instructions2 Files. one is the case and the other is the face.
Face: Size is designed to be 162x162x3

I sliced it to do white for the first MM and black for the last 2 mm. GCode is already setup to do this.
You will need to split the object into parts (Right click, Split, Parts)
Select the inside circle (should be Light_Box_Face.stl_28)
Add “Infill” and “Layers and Perimeters” for just that object
Infill: I used Triangular at 25%
L&P: Set all to 0

Case: Sized to be 165x165x30

Should be good to go as-is. There is a small lip inside the inner circle to hold the face in the right spot.

If you resize it, make sure the heights for the inner lip and the face are still matching.

I used spray glue to glue to pieces of Vellu
